PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Countryside YMCA is the largest YMCA in the country in terms of square footage. This 16 month, five phase renovation required a tremendous amount of planning and coordination. This is due to the size, and facility being open form 5:00 am to 11:00 pm, every day of the week. Pre-planning and coordination with the owner, internal teams, user groups and outside vendors was a big requirement of this expansive project.
