Conger Construction Group was selected to lead the construction of a new 26,604 SF pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) designed to serve the transportation needs of Middletown City Schools. This state-of-the-art facility includes dedicated service bays and parking bays to support the district’s growing fleet and operational efficiency.

The project is being delivered in two strategic phases to ensure continuity of services. In Phase One, our team is constructing the new PEMB while coordinating closely with district personnel to prepare for relocation. Once the new facility is operational, Phase Two will begin with the demolition of the existing building—allowing for a seamless transition with minimal disruption. This phased approach underscores our commitment to practical planning, safety, and client-focused execution.
