Conger is proud to oversee this transformative initiative of the USS Cincinnati Cold War Memorial & Peace Pavilion at the Voice of America Park in West Chester, Ohio. The project involves restoring and placing the above-water hull of the USS Cincinnati along the park’s existing lake, enhanced with landscaping to create a cohesive and inviting space.

The Memorial project includes site preparation for the submarine exhibit, featuring foundations, steel support structures, placement of submarine elements, landscaping, and site furnishings. Additionally, the project involves constructing a new 30’ x 30’ education center with a restroom facility for park visitors, equipped with mechanical ventilation and electric heating.
