PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Conger Construction Group was selected as the construction manager at risk to complete the renovation of an existing 2-story corporate office space. Renovations consist of an improved office layout, new conference rooms, bathrooms, ceilings, light fixtures, and floor treatments, In addition to those improvements, energy upgrades to the HVAC system, solar power addition and a new roof will complete the project.
