PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Miami University Cook Field restroom and concession facility provided the university and its students a much-needed upgraded facility. This 4,250 square foot facility was designed and constructed using a clay tile roof and Georgian Architecture to fit within the overall landscape and design of the other facilities. Working with an active campus required strict adherence to safety for the workers, students and faculty. With limited space, it was important to keep the side and surrounding areas clean and safe throughout construction.
