PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project attained LEED silver status. The LEED program is an initiative of the U.S. Green Building council. The LEED stands for leadership in energy and environmental design, and focuses on encouraging a more sustainable approach to the way buildings are designed, constructed and operated. This 8,000 square foot project utilized a pre-engineered metal building and was built with all recyclable materials or renewable products. Conger completed this project amidst an active facility which called for precise communications with the building owners to ensure safety and noise levels were kept at a minimum. Additionally, this project was completed on a tight job site during winter months with no room for material storage which required on time or just in time delivery.
