PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The two-phased renovation project of St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church totaled 17,732 square feet. The first phase of the project was primarily the lower level, which included a new kitchen, flooring, paint and finishes. Water runoff became a significant issue from the raised road. Conger was able to install a perimeter water drainage system to prevent further flooding off the lower level. The second phase consisted of new mechanical, electrical and lighting upgrades in the sanctuary along with new flooring, finishes, door openings and paint.
