Testerman Dental

The Testerman Dental project was a Design-Build complete renovation. The office is a 4,850 square foot office located in Lebanon, Ohio. There was a tremendous amount of pre-Construction planning and proper bid package creation. The client requested their facility stay open and in operation during the renovation. Project phasing had to be throughout and articulated to all prospective bidders so no unexpected cost arose. Proper communication was also necessary for local building departments, other building tenants, and fire officials. Through planning and on-site coordination, Conger completed the 3-phased renovation project within just 9 weeks.
