PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The West Clermont school project consists of two k-5 elementary schools, Willowville and Summerside. The new Willowville Elementary School is one of two identical schools awarded to Conger Construction Group. The project is being constructed under a single prime contract with the OFCC. It will achieve LEED Silver Certification. Included in the main building package is a 14,500 SF parking lot, bus loop, and playground.
